Beautifully presented house in a very convenient location. Easy journey from Valencia Nord. Short walk from Sueca station and moments from the main square. Immaculate facilities inside. So much attention to detail. We felt very comfortable here. Communication with the owner was excellent. The host met us outside the property and explained the door code and security to us. We loved everything about this property and plan to book again. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

This place is close to perfect for a short — arguably reaching perfection for a longer — holiday by the sea. The vacation home has got every single facility you can think of, including an underground private garage, terrific rooms/terraces (at every floor!) with unobstructed, nonpareil sea views, the ad litteram location on the beach, and there was even a paddle surfing kit that I much enjoyed learning to use. Our 5yo daughter adored playing on the beach/ in the sea every single day — she actually woke up earlier than usually just to run to the beach and start building sand castles; this is an ideal location for families with young kids. The house is also well situated geographically, with several natural/ cultural/ gourmet/ etc. main attractions within at most a couple of hours (there is already plenty to see/ experience within a radius of 70 km) reach by car. To add to all that, our hosts were absolutely gracious and ready to help with anything, including with much appreciated insider tips concerning whatever we were interested in within the region; a big thank you to Mercedes, who welcomed us and truly pampered us with top amenities and advice!

The townhouse, as it is located in complex of similar houses , itself is ok, 3 floors, small terrasa in front of the house, looking into internal facilities, including pool and small yard, and there is also backyard, which the time we were there wasn't clean and had puddles appeared due to airconditioning systems. The indoor facilities of the complex are good, pool is clean and ok size. The house also has itsown personal garage on floor -1 with access from the kitchen. Facilities in the house , three bathrooms, all with showers. A kitchen with almost all required equipment, except - electric teapot and no small pots...we asked for one, but got no answer from the property owners.. Each room has airconditioner, so it is ok in winter time and summer time..there are balcony and beds are good. Living-dining room could have a bigger table and smaller sofa, as there is not much space even for three of us at the table. Complex is close, very close to the beach and seashore... Not far from a big supermarket, gasoline station. The access to the city could be unpleasant due to traffic, but at the time we were there there was no traffic, except once when the police blocked the road and was checking every car.

Great location, just a quick walk to the beach! Lovely hosts, very friendly:) the house had everything that we needed and was very clean. Lots of space, lovely terrace, air conditioning. Will come back again!

The house is in a lovely quite gated area with outside swimming pool.It is very near the beach and comfortably accommadated 9 people.Towels and linen were provided & the host was easy to communicate with. There are some lovely bars & restaurants nearby along the promenade. There is a bus about 15min walk away to bring you to Valencia which takes about 40mins.

Clean and nice house in the town of Fortaleny. If you like fishing, the river is very close to fish carps. The coast and Valencia are also close by with car. Host was very informative and attentive.
