The room was large and very clean and tidy. A comfy and cosy bed. Had a great nights sleep. Such a peaceful location. Breakfast was very tasty. Would happily recommend and also stay again.

Not overlooking any houses from the living room (you can see gardens and woodland beyond). Handy location for Brechin Train Station (heritage railway). Host gave plenty of information about key collection, car parking etc.

The only thing I would say the carpet in the room could do with being replaced, but the room was very clean. The staff were all very nice to us great people.
