This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 18 km from Dumfries and County Golf Club.

The cottage was so beautiful, on a remote, quiet location. It was fully equipped, had everything you need. It was spacious, luxurious, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Fresh flowers and treats were waiting for us when we arrived (and kept on coming during our stay). Mark and Julie were so kind, they went out of their way to help us with every question we had, and were always making sure that we had everything we need. The garden area with the hot tub was truly amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we hope we get the chance to ever come back!

    I enjoyed my stay at Glenlossie Guest House was made to feel very welcomed from my 2 days stay. Good bed, great shower, very clean and warm room. Very good breakfast I cannot fault it. I will be recommending it to my family and friends and I will be going back to it next time I'm in Dumfries 👍

    Easy to find, Rivendell House is a beautiful Arts and Crafts house , containing very good furniture . It was very clean and we followed the instructions given by phone, as to how to gain access, find our keys and then our rooms. Perhaps just a touch less pleasant than a personal welcome would have been. However,after a good night , we had an excellent breakfast served by an excellent lady. All in all a good stay , with a safe car park for cars.
