Had the most wonderful stay at Bank End. Peaceful and in the perfect location for St Bees, Whitehaven and Cockermouth. The washing machine was so handy after a very wet walk around Loweswater. The cottage had everything you needed and was very clean. Comfy bed and super cosy. Great little garden and wonderful views. The neighbours were so friendly! Cannot wait to stay again. The cottage was lovely inside a real home from home my favourite part was the balcony just off the kitchen where you could hear the river running it was so relaxing. There was a lovely Chinese takeaway just down the road
