The cottage is in the perfect spot for hiking and exploring the many sights of the surrounding area. It was extremely cosy and comfortable after a day on the mountains, and the pellet burner was a lovely surprise. Nearest cafe is a 10 minute walk and the nearby village is half an hour by foot where there are a couple of small supermarkets as well as a few places to eat.

Beautifully situated property. At home you will find everything you need, great equipped kitchen. Don't worry if you've forgotten something, you will surely find it here. Care for cleanliness is definitely an advantage of this place. Very comfortable bed, cozy atmosphere, working 2 fire places. Lovely big garden. If you are looking for the perfect place for mountain hiking stop looking, this is your place. I highly recommend. Please note that dogs are not welcome on sofas and upstairs.

Everything except the lilliputuan proportions. If you're above 5'10'' you'll need to watch yourself. Kitchen is really nicely furnished, nice tough having both milk and oat 'milk' in the fridge on arrival. Really liked the old fireplaces, comfortable couches. Beds are a bit short if like me you're quite tall, but I wasn't scared that a monster was going to steal my dangling off the edge feet, they were however extremely comfortable and i slept incredibly well.. And the views were absolutely astonishing. .

Thank you very much! We had a beautiful stay. The cottage is absolutely lovely. Fascinating, how many space in so a little area is. It's fantastic! The cottage has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine with included dryer and a little stove for cold evenings. Also there is a smart-TV for streaming Netflix etc.

The cottage is stunning. Very clean and organised with a large amount of beds and space. Kitchen was beautiful! I have to say that the outside area was perfect. A very lovely garden area with decking and lovely patio furniture, and of course…. a very nice Hot Tub. Faultless! The host was very accommodating and helpful and we had no issues whatsoever. There were loads of useful notes around to ensure we didn’t get caught out (switching on lights/hearing etc and doing the rubbish and recycling which I wouldn’t have known about otherwise). The area is to die for!!!! The cottage is situated at the bottom of the Moelwyn mountain range and is also at the foot of a well known cycling climb ‘Stwlan Dam’ which I HAD to do whilst there. A perfect place to stay for a peaceful rest in a beautiful area OR for hill walkers/cyclists etc. Close to big towns (Porthmadog not far and Llandudno etc within an hour away). I will be back staying here again, thank you so much Mel for providing an amazing place for a stay. Mark

One of the best places we have stayed in the UK so far. the attention to detail is impressive. It has everything you need and more, the hot tub is a great bonus. Definitely best value for money in Snowdonia

Location was ideal for exploring north and south of the national park as well as the west coast. There were nice walks you could do from the door. It was close to local shops. The house was beautiful and very clean.
