The property was excellent equipped. We could even charge our electric car. There was a fire stove, big TV with Netflix and Prime to watch. In the garage was a washing machine and a tumble dryer. And we really had enough space in the house with all the comfort. The bed was good, the towels were white and fluffy. The house was spotless clean.

Yarmouth also has some very good restaurants. Tamara was an excellent host she made us feel very welcome. Her breakfasts were top class and she cooked an early one on our last day as we had a early boat to catch. The rooms were very clean, lovely new bathroom with high pressure shower.

The Totland room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable with a good seaview. A good restaurant The Waterfront was only 100 yards away A selfservice honesty bar with a great choice of wines & spirits etc The hotel was only 5 minutes drive from the ferry .

The location is perfect, quiet and a good starting point for some good walking. 2 small shops not far away. Theres a pub/restaurant not far away(The Waterfront).We enjoyed every moment in the house. Our dog enjoyed the nicely done garden.Hopefully we can use the garden more next time we go at a more warmer time of the year. You can’t go wrong booking this place, everything is just perfect ! We will definitely be going back there. Thank you for everything as we had a great holiday 😊
