The facility has all the amenities, two bedrooms, a small dressing room, a bathroom with a shower (good quality cosmetics, hairdryer, towels, bathrobes), a kitchenette with equipment (fridge, cutlery, tableware), indoor and outdoor dining rooms, a spacious area, a swimming pool (with a slightly cold water) and a large jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the caldera. There is even a make-up mirror in the bedroom. It is located near the city of Akrotiri and if someone likes peace and quiet, this is the place for him. The distance from Oia is about 40 minutes by car, to other cities such as Fira, Emporio, Pyrgos it is about 20 minutes. Breakfast is delivered to the villa every day, which you choose from the menu the day before. For an additional fee, it is also possible to order dinner or wine and have it delivered to the villa. The facility is extremely clean and well-kept, you can ask for cleaning service every day. Very good host service. For people who like photography, the villas and the entire area around it are incredibly photogenic.

The location of the property and the accomodation itself is stunning. Neela (the owner) handed us the keys and even cooked us dinner, as we arrived a bit late and were all very tired. Her cooking is AMAZING! I recommend that you try at least one of her dishes to really taste the greek kitchen. She also prepared us breakfast, with different dishes every day and advised us to visit places only locals know about. She is THE BEST! :) The villa was very spacious (it has 4 floors) and nicely decorated. It has 4 terraces so you can really enjoy the views through the whole day. The property also has a parking lot and is easily accesible.

Very good price to quality ratio for a group of 4. Fairly inexpensive, clean accommodation in a quiet part of the Akrotiri village with a great view on the rest of the island. Location is also great - about 10mins away from a bus stop to Fira/Red Beach. Also 10mins to few nearby restaurants and a market. Snoozie and Caldera beaches are within about 15mins walking distance. Red Beach could be reached on foot in about 30mins (or much quicker by bus). Host was great and offered assistance with renting out some transport and to answer any questions we might have. If you're not planning on walking a lot then having a car or atv rented out is a must. Especially for longer duration stay. We stayed for a week and didn't mind the walks ourselves, but it was tiring sometimes. On the other hand you get to hang out in a quiet part of the village and just enjoy the atmosphere and the views.

I spent 1 week in September with my family in this beautiful house. The view from the breakfast terrace as well as from the terrace with the grandiose whirlpool are sensational and hard to describe. We used the whirlpool every day and let the day end comfortably with wine / beer - wonderful! The house is fully equipped and nothing is missing . From our host we were provided with a generous starter pack (coffee, milk, eggs, cheese, honey, jam, biscuits, mineral water ..... and a very good wine 🙂 ..) welcomed. Our family loved this house, location and hospitality so much that we are already planning our next vacation. Theodosia and Serafim, the owners, welcomed us to their property, the house is brand new with everything you need for a luxury vacation! It is spotless, has towels, shampoo, full kitchen, air condition in all rooms and a refrigerator full of goodies that they make sure to refill daily. The view to the ocean is breathtaking and the pool is relaxing and fun. The fig tree outside as well as the tomatoes and grapes that we can pick ourselves were a big plus and the kids enjoyed having these fresh fruits as our pool snack. The cleaning lady is extremely nice and she made sure our house was always clean. Theodosia and Serafim were the best hosts. They constantly checked on us, made sure we have everything we need, advised on restaurants as well as helped us navigate around. We already miss them and hope to see them again in the near future. Great property, amazing location and best hosts!

We were in Santorini for one week. Before we came to Serenity Blue we tried three other places all over the island. This was by far the one that most surprised us and that was more in tune with what we were looking for. Giorgos and Flora are the best hosts ever, very friendly available and most of all most caring as they gave us a lot of suggestions to explore. This little piece of paradise is worth it more than anything else. You sleep with the soothing sounds of the ocean and you wake up for a replenished fridge that Flora and Giorgos provide. Absolutely incredible.

Everything works: TV, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, fridge A/C. The balcony downstairs has a wire to hang your bathing suits to dry. It’s a calm quiet place. Breakfast is brought to the villa. Transport to and from airport.
