We loved the villa. Panos and Stairgos were fantastic and we're very welcoming and great hosts. With the villa in such close proximity to the beach and nearby supermarkets it was very easy to spend the day at the poolside and strolling to the beach for a paddle. The villa has generous sized rooms and everything we needed. It feels like a home away from home, if your home had a beautiful swimming pool, sunloungers and poolside BBQ. We spent a magical week in the villa and enjoyed every minute.

Situated in Kiotari, Heliophos Villa Aitheria offers a garden and barbecue facilities. The air-conditioned accommodation is 17 km from Lindos.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 flat-screen TVs with cable channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms with a shower.

We stayed in the villa for a week and absolutely loved it! The hosts were lovely and we immediately felt at home. The three bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a washing machine. The living room and the kitchen are also spacious and very well equipped. There were even things like a milk foamer and a smoothie blender. But the best part was the outdoor area, with beautiful grapevines covered in delicious grapes, as well as fig, olive, and other trees that provided a much-needed shade during the day. It felt like an oasis, and with a swimming pool, a grill, and several sitting areas, one hardly ever wanted to leave the house! 🙂 But if you do decide to leave, the sea is right there, just across the street, with a long stretch of pebble beach and only a few swimmers. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back someday!

Silvia is an amazing host. She kindly treated us to a delicious breakfast on the first day and was always there to respond to any questions we had. The villa itself is literally 50 meters away from the beach, and there are some foldable chairs and an umbrella that you can take to the beach with you. There are three nice terraces in the villa, and you can always choose the one depending on the weather and your mood.

    We loved the peaceful surroundings, the private pool and the location of the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed & we had a wonderful, very relaxing holiday. Many lovely beaches are nearby & lots of places to eat. The owners were fantastic, kind & helpful when we got stranded due to a cancelled flight.

    Property and rooms where EXTREMELY clean. Freshly painted and well maintained. Room had a good mini fridge -cools everything fast-, cutlery/plate/glasses/cups electric kettle provided, plus sponge and dish-washing fluid. Air-conditioning in pristine order and TV. Bathroom newly tiled and very clean. Hot/cold water on demand will very good water pressure. Towels and bed sheets very clean/well ironed as well. Property has a very big parking space in shade from Trees. Also the night was quiet.

    Gorgeous sea views and amazing private pool to cool off in. All of the staff were really kind and friendly. The Villa was cleaned daily and had all that we needed for our stay. There are a few very good restaurants all within 15 mins walk but we also went into Pefkos and Lindos a few times by taxi which was only around 20 mins away.

    The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious, clean and so comfy! Having a private pool is a dream! The staff is amazing and the service is impeccable! Also loved the food there. We have a half board option and it was the best choice we could make. Would love to go there again!
