we had an amazing vaction. the house is great for families and couples. the house is clean and well maintained. the swiming pool is amazing and great for night swims as well. the garden around the pool is super maintained and fun to hang arround. Yanis the owner is very helpful and kind. we recived olive oil, eggs and lemons from his garden on arrival. we will definitely come back.

The view is amazing, you are surrounded by a beautifully kept garden and you can see the sea as you sit on the living room's couch or on the patio outside. The sea is a 3 min walk, and while the beach is rocky, the water is clean and accessible. There is an organized sandy beach 5 mins away, and multiple taverns, and coffee shops that deliver to the house.

And 10-15 minutes walk to the 3 main dining options, all of which are very good, but the warm welcome and deliciously fresh food at Petro's Taverna deserves particular mention. Leonidas is a warm, responsive and generous host who was keen to ensure we were comfortable and well-looked after. Villa Dunes is truly a special place and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We are very hopeful of staying there again in the future.
