Chris Villa is a beautiful, new, self-contained family home built on a quiet back street in the ancient fishing village of Perdika, with a charming garden and perfectly-sized swimming pool. Guests have full use of the ground and first floors (with the host, Mrs S., living in the large lower-ground floor) along with sole use of the garden and swimming pool. The house has been built to a very high standard, with polished marble floors, air-con in all rooms and with original artwork on the walls. Mrs S. has furnished it beautifully with care and taste and has outfitted it with everything you might need for a family vacation, with the kitchen in particular having everything you would expect. Rooms are bright and spacious, and upper floor rooms have balconies with comfortable chairs or sofas on which to read or sip a sun-downer whilst enjoying the views (and tranquility). The well-kept pool has a freshwater shower, plenty of recliners around it and a hammock on which to while away an afternoon. The house is around 5 minutes walk from a couple of well stocked supermarkets (and an outstanding family bakery) and around 10 minutes walk from the excellent restaurants which line Perdika port. There are a number of local eateries that can deliver a range of foods and desserts to the villa, if you prefer. Perdika has a small local beach (and some easy rock-swimming spots) but the nearby beaches of Sarpa and Klima are better and Mrs S. can recommend a car-hire company who will deliver a well-used but reasonably priced car to the villa (recommended for getting around Aegina - there is a lot to see and do). Chris Villa is simply perfect and we hope to return.

Better than expected, very clean and homely. The view was amazing. Location was perfect, short walk to shops and the port where there were many restaurants. The property is right next to the beach, the sea is very clean, perfect for swimming, this part of the village is so calm but also quite close to the restaurants and bars, place where boats to Moni start from and bus stop. The sea is wonderful and there are sun beds and umbrellas to use for free. the room was very clean, there was cleaning service every day. The other part of perdika is 5 minutes from there and has all the restaurants and a supermarket. There is a fridge and a boiler in the room and they borrowed us a plate and a knife to cut fruit and vegetables. There is air conditioning.
