This was one of the most beautiful stays while travelling Iceland. It is set pretty much in the middle of nature and the house was quite big for two people and nicely furnished. The hot tub with naturally hot water was also just an incredible add-on. Would absolutely go there again and also for longer.

Really cosy hut and a great host. Thanks again to Benedikt :-) Recommend to stay at least 2 days to enjoy the environment and of course the private hot tub! :-) Don't forget to buy your food latest at Holmavik before moving on to the hut. Would love to come back here once again!

It's a lovely place to stop when travelling through the West Fjords. The restaurant is great - the staff are wonderful and the fish is spectacular. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Imagine having a long and exciting day in iceland and a warm hot tub+cold beer is waiting for you. The hut is very clean and contains everything that you need. Stay at least 2 nights, better 3 or 4, you wont regret it. There is much to explore. Our WiFi didnt work, at one moring and the owner fixed it right away, thumps up for that.AndreasYoung couple
