The location at the near the top of the hill/mountain was easy to find and view at every time of day was really lovely. Sunrise and sunset were particularly amazing. View of the lake is quite special. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Well equipped kitchen and rooms. Parking was on the property and very secure. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful, available whenever needed. Lovely breakfast items provided as well as pasta, sauce etc.

Perfect location for the centre of Baveno, only 2 minutes walk to the lake Maggiore. Great takeaway pizzeria around the corner, and a supermarket. 5 min walk to the station. Very clean and very safe.
