The host was very kind and quick to reply to any questions we had during our stay. The host was also accommodating to our arrival and departure times. The apartment itself was amazing, it was clean, it was nice and it was beautiful. The apartment had all the things we needed for our one week stay. It had lots of extra towels, pillows and sheets. The kitchen was full of all the equipment we needed to cook meals for 4 people. And then there is the balcony with the most amazing view, it was so nice to sit there in the evenings and have a quiet drink and just look at the amazing view and regularly see flocks of flamingo fly in front of us. There is air conditioning all over the apartment which keeps the apartment cool even when there is a heatwave outside. The apartment has street parking, and if it is full then there is a huge parking lot right behind the building on the street behind it and there is always available spaces there. Location is central, within walking distance to some seriously delicious pizza and gelato stops.

Luca is a nice soul and friendly guy who was there to accommodate us and answer all our questions. He also left us a bottle of white wine in the fridge! Thanks

    The hoast is exceedingly helpful in making her guest stay a special occassion. The location is in a fabulous part of town around the corner from the castle, nestled amongst ancient old town alleys. The studio is very clean,way above average seize on a split level, its very ligth with 2 large balcony doors with a spectacular view from appartment Duca overlooing the city roofs towards the Marina. Its great value, really worthed. Highly recommended.

    It is absolutely the most home feeling place we have ever been to. Ada takes care of her guests with all her heart and you can really feel like home. We regret only one thing - that we stayed here only for one night. Very clean room with TV, Netflix, bathroom equipped with towels, shaving machine, hairdryer, soap - everything you may need! Breakfast is very good, you can choose between various products. Freshly baked croissants and Ada's orange cake is top of the top!

    This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely hotel. All the staff are friendly and professional from the moment you check in through to the excellent service at dinner and breakfast. The restaurant serves excellent Sardinian dishes and great wine choices. The room is a good size, very clean, a comfortable bed and excellent shower. Highly recommend.

    Excellent location of the property and very clean. Fully equipped with anything that you might need. Our hosts, Anna and her husband, were truly exceptional and very very helpful. Highly recommend this place!
