Very convenient to the cruise port. The hostess was amazing! She offered to pick me up at the train station, which wasn't necessary, but appreciated! She came to greet me and set me up for dinner at the best pizza place. She then drove me to the cruise port in the morning!! Michaela is about the nicest hostess I have met! The apartment is clean and has everything one or two guests need!

Vittorio was tremendous,.he was welcoming and a pleasure to interact with. The accommodation was clean and refreshing. The food supplied was generous and thoughtful. Vittorio told us how to get to the shuttle service for the cruise. I would strongly recommend anyone joining a cruise ship to stay here.

There is very little not to like about this property, the owner and her family were delightful, super helpful, the apartment is very clean, the bed was very comfortable, there was a really cute little bar downstairs for breakfast and there's a fantastic fresh fruit and vegetable market right across the street, that was one of the best I've seen in Italy. I highly recommend this place and Regina.

Very clean and modern and comfortable. The owner keeps in touch with you before arrival. He wanted to be sure of our comfort for our evening arrival from the train station. We walked even though he recommended a cab. He sent a great video to help you find your way into his alley-like entrance. We really needed the washing machine and they provided soap and a great drying rack. Their little courtyard and a wind was all we needed.

Apartman is very comfortable for two. We had a lovely stay. Everything was meticulously clean. The sleeping room is big enough and the bed is comfy. There is one extendable sofa in the living room, I would say for one grownup or two teens. The location is just perfect, near the city center, walkable. For the port, you will need a car/taxi. There were no taxis available on uber when we needed it, so Stefano drove us to the port. We are very thankful, Stafano. ☀️

This is a darling apartment - spacious, lots of amenities, and such cute interior design. It is within walking distance to everything you could need. Francesca was so kind to let us check in early as we were disembarking from a cruise ship and she provided assistance and guidance over and above during our stay.

Super super clean- by far the cleanest accommodations of any kind we have ever stayed in. Very cute and updated. Had exactly what we needed- all the necessities like a hairdryer, converter, basic food, washing machine, a/c that blew cold! Francesca was a saint and so accommodating. She helped us with all our travel needs and was there to greet us despite our flight being delayed 7 hours and it being 0130. From train ticket recommendations as we headed to Rome or things to do around the room Francesca was absolutely amazing. She even dropped us at the train station and then the farms is the next day for a COVID test prior to our cruise. our two kids even had their own beds with fun couches that converted. Magnolia Rooms was the perfect stay!

The property is very spacious and very very clean. It has all the facilities you could ever need. The hosts were so kind and helpful. It is a little bit of a walk into town but we enjoyed it. There are restaurants and shops within close proximity of the accommodation. The garden is beautiful and so private. We loved it there.
