The decoration of the room showed ample care as well as an aesthetic selection of furniture. Cleanliness, comfort and hospitality were shown by the intricate details of the room from head to toe. Besides, the hotel is situated in a perfect location, allowing us to have easy access to different picturesque spots. Highly recommended.

Giovanni and his wife were lovely hosts! Beautiful, very comfortable and immaculately clean little house on a quiet street in a great location! They gave us a map and offered sight seeing suggestions, met us and moved their car so we had a place to park right in front of the house, breakfast was provided and they went over and above to make us feel very welcome. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The contact, Francesco, was most helpful in every way. gave detailed instructions on the use of the suite, directions and went out of his way to help coordinate a very good parking garage, restaurant recommendations etc...included breakfast which was a couple of blocks walk away was very good!

Absolutely loved it, and are so glad we chose Casa Adelina. The location is perfect, with all around views of the Sassi and the Cathedral so you really feel part of the characteristic old town. But at the same time you are also close to the elegant walkways, restaurants, shops, Via del Corso (the main street), and (also the parking!) of the “new” town. We really loved the views and looking out over the Sassi from the balcony, witnessing the changing colours in the different lights. The apartment is so comfortable, very modern and very well equipped and they have thought of everything to make it comfortable. Thank you so much to Vittoria who made such a difference to our stay, such a lovely and such a kind hostess. Check in was very easy, she helped us with many things and even posted back some t shirts I left behind in a drawer! We had two nights in Casa Adelina but had underestimated how much there was to see in Matera and wish we had had longer.

Frank was extremely helpful and kind. He even offered to drive to my next destination because I left something behind. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with lots of drinks and everything you needed to make breakfast or cook. Matera is breathtaking and our home on the edge of the sassi was in a great location. The price was well worth it.

Well appointed spacious house with all the amenities that exceeded expectations. Very clean and systematically planned home away from home, wished could have stayed a few more days. As the house was located inside a driving restricted zone, the host was most kind to find us a parking lot for our rental car just outside the zone within walking distance to the house, and thereafter drove us for the check-in.
