Giovanna was so welcoming, the studio is huge, homely and well equipped, the location is a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Mondello beach and is located in Giovanna's garden, very peaceful and in a beautiful leafy residential area. I am so glad that I booked this place. As a solo traveler it was just what I needed and I believe I have made a friend for life. It is very private and you have your complete independence, however as I was alone I ended up spending quite a lot of time with Giovanna as she is truly so kind and generous. Coffee, tea, water, toiletries provided.

Clio's House-Mondello is perfect in everything, it is located 500 meters from the sea and 25 km from the airport, the house is super clean, the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom for the exclusive use of the occupants and super comfortable beds, the house is equipped with radiant heating and air conditioning, super fast internet and what is worth highlighting are the structure's fire safety systems. Michele and Barbara delighted us with typical Sicilian dishes and prosecco wine consumed on the outdoor patio given the spring temperatures. Ninni Mondello House is an exceptional place. Let me say it straight, this is the best visit we have ever had and this is all thanks to Ninni. The place is comfy, clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable and in the kitchen you can find everything you need. Fantasticly located , just 2 minutes from the amazing Mondello beach and 1 minute from Piazza Mondello ,where you can find various restaurants and attractions. But what makes this place exceptional is Ninni. I have never met such a kind and supportive person in my life. He helped me every time I asked him, he was super nice and responsive. When we came he gave us snacks and aperitif and the next evening he prepared typical Sicilian dishes by !himself! with 0km products ,very delicious. At the day we left he gave a present so we can remember this place and him. When we came he was just a host, when we left he became our friend. Definitely recommend this place , and definitely we will come back there again.

The villa was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It was really spacious providing enough room for 3 (me and my two older teens) with great indoor and outdoor space. Exceptional terraces and a pretty garden. The owner couldn't be more helpful providing us with advice on buses, excursions and organising a driver to the airport. I would recommend this villa to friends and hope to return.

Would be perfect for a larger group to stay in the apartments and make good use of the shared facilities. Easy access and great communication from the host.
