Nick and Rick are fabulous hosts and the property is incredible. The house is amazing- every detail has been thought through. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and their breakfast service is to die for! Always something unique and delicious. The surrounding area (on and off the property) is beautiful and there's plenty to explore and enjoy within walking distance. I highly recommend this property to anyone- I can't wait to go back!

It was a great experience! We were both amazed by the hospitality and generosity of the host. We received a fruit basket including homemade jam and fruits from the garden upon arrival. We came for a friend's wedding and the apartment has a hair curler, which basically saved me as I under-packed. The place is so bright and cozy that we wanted to stay an extra week. I'm not an animal fan but by the end of the trip I managed to make friend with the cat, which was amazing!

This place was the highlight of our whole trip to the Acores. Stunning house in a stunning location, overlooking the cliff, a short walk to the small beach, so peaceful and relaxed, I could not have dreamed it any better. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, this is the place to go. At night, the stars and the Cagarro come out, and the songs of these birds is like nothing I've heard before, special and beautiful. The hosts brought us some welcome gifts and made sure we were fine, and gave us some background info on the area and the house. I would give more stars if I could!

The house was absolutely wonderful, as in every image you might have from books or movies. José had everything immaculate and was super kind with all our needs. We felt like we had just entered a different world or living a dream… We even had some welcome offers that delighted us: cheese, wine and a marvelous home baked lemon cake. This is the place to stay! Will definitely be back!

    Nice and cozy stay with a spectacular view. The owner are very friendly and easy to get in contact with. The common area offers free coffee and the possibility tu use a designated area inside the fridge. Bed very comfy and the room was very clean.

    Beautiful big historical building left almost untouched when transformed into a hostel. All the spaces were very clean. The reception was open until late and available for any information. Breakfast was simple but fresh.

    Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house is located in a very beautiful part of pico island. It's nicely decorated, very clean and has all the amenities you need and more. There are a lot of things to do in a walking distance and some other within a short drive. Nico & Ricardo are lovely and generous people, they helped us with so many great tips where to travel or eat and shared interesting information about the island. Don't miss the homemade breakfast! It's truly delicious and creative. I highly recommend this place.

    The hostel has good location, port, beach, shops are nearby. Everything is very clean, wifi works, bathroom has soap and paper. The room has a desk and a chair for work and some lockers. The breakfast is more than enough.

    The house was very clean. It was at a walking distance from the sea. We had a lot of room to live in. There was a woodstove to keep is warm at night. If we needed something, we only had to ask. For us it was a place we would like to get back to.
