It was so beautiful and peaceful on the farm and it really felt like a home away from home. The owners, Marthalie and Neels, were so kind and hospitable. The house was so well equipped - especially the kitchen. In fact, the most equipped kitchen I've ever stayed in through my whole life of travel. We only needed to stay one night but we would have happily stayed longer. The house was convenient for accessing the amenities in the centre of Swellendam, was quiet, and the rooms lovely to stay in. We appreciated the presence of the very nice stand-up fans, the freshly cut flowers throughout the house, and the friendlist host ever. Thank you Braam for the wonderful stay.

This property is well kitted out with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It is very well thought out. We we’re there on a very cold an rainy day in Swellendam and the fireplace was absolutely magical. We were very cosy. Beds are big and comfortable. Probably one of the best overnight stays we’ve had.
