Exceptionally clean, neat and fresh. Fully equipped home. Rest assured if you go on holiday and stay here you will feel like you at home. The owners really went all out with making sure the property is to its best. This is where we would always stay. The pictures being advertised for this property doesn't do justice it's exceptionally beautiful. The owners are extremely sweet, understanding, pleasant and well spoken. Exceptionally pleased with this gem.

Boasting barbecue facilities, Swartkop Cottage is set on a farm on the banks of the Tugela River. This off-the-grid cottage has no electricity and makes use of solar lighting.

An amazing rustic cottage overlooking the river. Beautiful interior, decent although basic facilities. A great place for a braai and a few bottles of wine at sunset. The perfect place to escape the outside world (no electricity, no internet) and explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the sounds of the wildlife. Winterton is close by (around 20 minutes or so by car) to stock up on supplies.
