We were then taken through a beautiful, flower lined entryway, up to the house, which has a great view of the mountains. Absolutely gorgeous house. We felt like we were stepping back in time. The night was chilly, but there were plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

I had a pretty dreadful day in the back country and rolled into the villa quite late. To my surprise I was greeted and treated as if I came come home to family. Before I could unpack I had plates of food, stories, wine, it was amazing. The location is gorgeous. Plants and flowers everywhere. Grapevines pumping out little grapes for the wine. The pictures looked nice although it wasn't until I actually got there where I stopped and it really hit me how beautifully set the place is. Breakfast was also A+ with extra fruits picked right off the trees. It honestly felt like a little retreat at a family member that wanted to spoil you.

Everything was very clean, good wifi and any kitchen appliances you would want including a juicer. They went above and beyond if I were to come back this is where I would stay. Best booking.com hosts I have had.

He gave us fresh fruits, and we spent a cosy night with him, talking, with some raki and wine he served us. We also fell in love with the cat 🐈 The apartment has everything you need + a washing machine, which is great! It's a big place with a good bed and a television with netflix. The kitchen has 4 cooking plates and an oven. The bathroom is small but comfy with a good shower. The place is close to a horse riding facility where you can do beautiful hikes with the horses. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place near Gjirokaster: this is it!

The house is at the end of the little village and the last short piece of road is not paved. The house is great for groups as it has 2 separate rooms and bathrooms and shared kitchen. Great view from the terrace where one can have a breakfast in the morning. There is also local honey, jams and raki to buy ready in the house.

Our hostess was close-by, kind and attentive. The location is excellent - the house is in old town half way up the hill. Go up to the bazaar and down the hill to the new town.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. On Sunday morning we got up to find ourselves in middle of a local market ( good windows, so we didn’t hear any noise). Such a wonderful surprise!
