Our stay at Kiriaki house was great. We were staying with a big group. The host was easy to communicate with and the mother of the property lives in back. They went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable. It was a nice quite location but still very central. and I feel like the price was well below what they could have asked. The owners left us to ourselves but was pleasant and provided cat food and opened the adjoining gate to the playground to let the kids play safely.

The villa was extremely clean inside and outside. When we first arrived, we received a large pizza for all six of us, and the fridge was full of useful things to start our vacation. We were a group of six and enjoyed our time there a lot!! Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay in the lovely house. The house is fully equipped and is also very clean. The nice boulevard of Paphos is within walking distance and also the shops to do your shopping are around the corner. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast with rolls from the bakery 500 metres away. In the evening, we often used the well-equipped kitchen to cook for ourselves. We stayed here in February so hanging out on a terrace for dinner was unfortunately not yet possible. The house has very good beds and a nice terrace all around the house where you can sit outside. We would definitely go back again! Oh yes and the landlord was also very helpful in answering our questions! The PDF with tips we received in advance was very helpful.

The location of the apartment is excellent. You can park below and walk into city center. If you are doubting to stay close to the beach (tourist area) or downtown, I can recommend the latter. Michelle is a great host. Water (with and without bubbles), crisps and some nuts were even included. The apartment also has an elevator in the living room (1st floor) which you can also take to the bedrooms on the second floor. The bed was also amazing. We stayed with 4 people and all loved every second of it! In the mornings we had breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the sunshine.
