The property was built in 2022 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. Everything was amazing, from the views down to the hair conditioner. This is the perfect stay if you're looking for something away from the crowd, quiet, sunny and relaxing with your partner or with a group of friends. The sea view was so mesmorizing. But honestly you had views of the beautiful mountains as well. The staff were nice & friendly. One of them were kind enough to drive us to the supermarket. They arranged taxi services which made our arrival and departure go really smooth. My second favorite part aside from the scenery, is the house, the structure, and the aesthetic of the house makes you feel so at peace. The house has all the amenities you can think of, the cleanest beds, well equipped kitchen and it's a very spacious home. The pool is cleaned every morning too. I will most definitely be back.

Located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Quiet and peaceful area. Large deck with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset behind Mount Olympos, across the water. If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Located in Ierissos, the traditionally built Armenos Villas offers self-catering accommodation just 200 metres from the beach. Restaurants and bars can be found within 300 metres, while the nearest super market is at 50 metres. Mrs. Elena personally handed over the keys to the accommodation at night. Thank you very much! It was 2 in the morning!!! My family has been going to Greece for over 20 years. This was the best accommodation we had in Greece. We are seriously considering returning to Armenos Villas. Thank you again!!!!

Free WiFi was a great added bonus and the free private parking on site was very convenient.Perfect location! I highly recommend Kappa Resort for a relaxing and elegant holiday.Value for money for sure.
