What a great house for your vacation. The house was equipped with everything, literally with everything, and the host Iliana was amazing, very kind, supportive and always willing to help, just an incredible customer service. And our holiday turn to be great, we really enjoyed Nikiti and the whole peninsula Sithonia. You definitely need to have a car and explore all the beaches on the peninsula cause the nature is so beautiful and wild, just 10-15 minutes drive and you are at Koviou, Kalogria, Lagomandra beaches. The tavernas in Nikiti were fabulous, but Perasma Taverna is something special, so delicious food I haven't tried yet in Greece, highly recommend it and is just 1,2 km from the house. Also, I would like to point out that the house was extremely clean, and we felt very cozy and the beds were very comfortable, we slept very good. I would rate 10+ and would definitely come again to Iliana's house and enjoy peninsula Sithonia.

Everything was very nice: the apartment, the yard, the location, the proximity (2 minutes) to a beautiful beach where there are no crowds., the hosts are discreet... The equipment of the apartment is excellent.

Нам сподобалося усе: зручне, чисте, охайне помешкання, наповнене усім необхідним, з цікавими елементами декору, які створювали додатковий затишок, зручні ліжка, якісний і різноманітний посуд, наявність усієї необхідної побутової техніки, тераса з видом на море, оточена деревами... До моря - 2 хвилини, до таверн і крамничок - 10-15 хвилин. Тишина і спокій, а ще ці милі котики, яких так хотілося взяти з собою)

Apartamentul este mare si primitor, cu living la parter si 2 dormitoare, ambele avand vedere la mare (exista un pin mare si batran care obtureaza putin vederea :-). Aer conditionat la parter si etaj, toaleta la parter si baie cu dus la etaj. Chicineta este dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie, in plus este si un gratar afara. Am gasit scaune pliante, un sezlong, umbrela de soare, cu care am mers aproape zilnic pe plaja aflata la 100 metri de proprietate. Este o plaja neamenajata, dar frumoasa, cu nisip si cateva pietricele, intare lina in apa si valuri putine. De aici ajungi in max. 15 minute , mergand pe faleza, in micul port, apoi gasesti taverne, Plaja Nikiti, magazine de toate felurile.

Casa indipendente nuova, dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno al mare: cucina fornitissima e spaziosa, comodi divani, wifi, ampio giardino esterno e terrazzi abitabili, zanzariere ovunque, ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Tanti asciugamani, armadi e ripiani per sistemare le nostre cose. Ombrellone e sdraio un plus raro a trovarsi! Zona silenziosa e tranquilla, fronte mare, immersa nel verde, ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro di Nikiti. Presenti persino prodotti per la pulizia, stendino con mollette, sacchi per spazzatura, barbecue...Nota di merito per l'host Ileani, super disponibile, si è fatta in quattro per venire incontro ad ogni nostra necessità, dandoci anche ottimi consigli sulle spiagge. Torneremo sicuramente
