It's basically a studio bungalow, for want of a better description - so perfect for a couple.

Nice and spacious for a group gathering. Easy to get too. Had everything we needed and decorated for Christmas making our Christmas dinner extra festive.

Our host Catherine was very responsive, and was extremely helpful. Before we arrived she even offered to make the dinner reservation to the local restaurant for us, and once we arrived she described where we could take a path for a nice walk to the castle for breakfast.

The hosts went above and beyond for us, providing us with eggs, bread, butter and jam for our stay, we really can't thank them enough for their hospitality. We would love to come and stay again sometime!

The owners of the cottage cannot do any more for you they are so nice and very helpful We were over for a wedding and arrived at 3am the lighs were on so was the heating they had left food so we could have breakfast b4 we headed out . I received a text asking if there was anything they could do for us .its 2o mins outside mullingar by car and that's why we picked it honestly this is a find ,we have paid a lot more money for a lot less it is a honest rating of 10 out of 10
