Very friendly and nice hosts living on with their farm next door. Possibility to book a guided horse ride with one of their icelandic horses, which was a magical experience! The cottage was well equipped, clean and absolutely cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here and can fully recommend!

Kría Cottages is set in peaceful Skeljabrekka, 10 km from Borgarnes town centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and views of the Andakílsá River, surrounding mountains and Snæfellsjökull Glacier in the distance. The house was very cozy and had everything we could need, even some board games! The location was very convenient, quite close from Reykjavik and from Snæfellsnes peninsula.

Erpsstadir Cottage provides self-service accommodation on a working dairy farm. It offers views over Hvammsfjördur and a large terrace with an outdoor hot tub. Búdardalur village is within 15 minutes’ drive. really huge and clean. well equipped kitchen with dryer and washing machine. hot tubs were great too and the bed was comfortable. the owner is really friendly too and help us with the hot tub set up even at 10 pm. really great service and highly recommend
