We booked for a late check in and the girl was so kind she explained everything very well (we're italian and our English isn't the best) and she left us a map of where we can find the parking and the room! And she also left the room light on so we could find it easier!

The staff were very accommodating when we needed to relocate villas at short notice due to a problem out of their control. The facilities way exceeded our expectations. It made for a fun and relaxing family holiday for the adults with lots of activities - swimming pools, pump track, games room, movie room, kids cave, putt putt golf, jumping pillow and lots more to keep the children entertained and busy without us having to leave the resort.
