Gabriel in concierge organised the transfer from Argentinia airport to the hotel so we could view Brazilian side on ourfirst day. Entrance just 500 metres from the hotel. Next day he organised a personal driver and tour guide of the Argentinian side and then back to Brazilian airport for Rio connection. Our personal tour guide from Loumar was Pedro and he was fantastic. Excellent English, very informative and he navigated us back and forth through border control seamlessly.

Access was easy - we received the codes the day before and it was straightforward and stress free. The apartment was spacious, had all the facilities we needed and was walking distance to a very well stocked supermarket, restaurants and cafe. We also enjoyed the roof top swimming pool too (very clean) which was a refreshing on a hot day. We also had a late flight leaving and the late check out was really appreciated.

Kids club (free) was fabulous - again, the staff made it! Rooms are modern, clean, good size… beds are very comfortable. Setting & hotel landscaping are gorgeous - clean lines & luxurious. Breakfast was the most glorious spread & even included bubbles! We stayed here for 5 nights & booked many trips (the driver who provides trip transport is also exceptional).
