The property was in good order and had excellent facilities with a wide range of games and even a mini pool table for entertainment. It was very comfortable and warm with plenty of hot water for a full house to have showers. Booking was easy and we had a courtesy call from a representative of the owner after we had arrived. There are a wide range of pubs / restaurants in the nearby town of Garstang and on the main A6 while the Patten Arms, just about a mile away serves excellent food and drink.

The addition of chocolates etc were a lovely welcome touch. Very comfortable stay. Maria, it was lovely to meet you and thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful caravan. A perfect host. The site is lovely for a family. Swimming pool, arcades and day/night entertainment. Staff are always cleaning and very helpful and polite.
