Exceptional atmosphere. We made our own breakfast in the caravan. We had all the utensils available in the caravan to make our own meals. Amazing facilities. The location is so convenient in such a way that a traveler could use both the town facilities and the beach facilities. We all loved it.

The Lakehouse is warm and cozy. Has beautiful outdoor seats and view. It contained everything we needed and more like plates fridge and even a dishwasher. The showers were very handy and easy to use. The Lakehouse didn't have a single thing that can be complained about.

The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. There was entertainment every evening. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We went there with our grandchildren, aged 9 and 6 and they had a brilliant time both at the hotel and the island. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The site is fantastic for kids with a great swimming pool and sports facilities and play parks. There is the usual bar and restaurant and games arcade but no entertainment or entertainment room. The site is very close to Shanklin Beach, about a ten minute drive. Did not try walking. The site was clean and pretty quiet at night. Had a very enjoyable time. Dogs are allowed onsite but not in the caravan.
