The staff were very friendly and helpful - they helped me organise a trip to Mt Ijen complete with a snack pack and helping hire clothes. The food delivered to the property was delicious and it was a very peaceful and comfortable stay! Definitely stay here if coming to Banyuwangi :)

The bungalow was clean and so comfortable (one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in on our travels) and on site, there is a communal kitchen area and a living area, and a pool. It felt so homely and just such great value for money! Love that there was a refillable water bottle and shower was great. Really great location too, just a short walk from the train station. The breakfast was absolutely delicious too! Their motto is a home away from home and it really did feel like this.

The location is excellent, surrounded by the beautiful nature, on the road to the Kawa Ijen and a number of waterfalls, very quiet (except for the praying singing early in the morning and a few times in a day by the mosques nearby, but the homestay is not responsible for it). The natural swimming pool is a plus. We love the place so much so we stayed for a whole week, to explore the region. Very good value for money.
