Located right on Bara Beach in Bira, Cosmos Bungalows offers a beautifully simple beachfront accommodation where each bungalow has sea view. Free on-site parking space for guests who drive. The property has a lot of staircases and may not be suitable for elderly or young children.

The bungalows are simple and very nicely decorated. The views are to die for. I loved the stairs straight down to the beach, the hammock on the veranda, simplicity, small scale and the overall value for money. The food is yummy and the staff and owner very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Also, check out the diving centre next door, GaiaOne Boutique diving.

These were great to chill in and enjoy the sea breeze. The room was big with two fans, AC wasn’t needed when we stayed in November. The food was super tasty and cheap - recommend the banana pancakes for breakfast. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

It is mainly locals and Indonesian families who are coming here to swim. The beach is clean. Property has a restaurant, rent scooter, do laundry services and can arrange transportation to Makassar for you. The bungalow is spacious and clean. AC works very well.

It's a stunning spot and such a welcoming, well designed experience. The restaurant menu is diverse and always good, the staff work hard and have a great sense of humour. I particularly like the fact that these guys care about the problem of plastic waste and put water dispensers in each bungalow. Will hopefully have to come here for work again!
