People who work there are lovely and helpful. They did everything they could to help us out once we realised what he had let our selves in for. So no criticism of them at all.

I was there for four nights. It suited my needs as I was not looking for a facility with swimming pools. Loved the jacuzzi and the space available. People running the place were very helpful

The customer service at reception was great, the check-in process was quite seamless and quick compared to most hotels we've stayed in, and the room and bathroom was perfect for us. The bonus was the swimming pool, sauna and gym were clean, tidy and great. Will definitely stay here again in future.

The location suited me perfectly as I was near to the camper van address I needed for the following day. I am female and was on my own but felt completely safe. I met one of the hosts who was very friendly. The room was really peaceful and the bed very comfortable. Although it is a compact tiny house I didn't feel cramped, quite spacious bedding area. Nice decking and seating outside.

Breakfast selection was great. Having access to a gym facility was greatly appreciated, noting that most hotel gym facilities tend to lack equipment. In room entertainment was awesome, having a wide range of new movies that aren't usually available. Limiting the amount of paper in the room with the use of QR codes and TV menu is a nice touch too. Overall really loved all the small touches to the experience from the room, to the friendly staff, and the services provided.

Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfy. I liked how the family suite had adults room and kids room with entertainment books and tv there for them. They loved the spa bath. Loved how everything was close to the hotel.
