The resort was very accommodating and welcoming for everyone in my family. The woman at the reception desk was very helpful and confident when we checked in. We have not fully learned the German language yet and she was very understanding of this and spoke in English. Everyone at the resort acted with the same professionalism. The best part is how quiet the resort was at all hours. We do not get to enjoy this in the United States. It was a wonderful stay!
