Peaceful and quiet and almost in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful surroundings. We paid extra for the wet and dry saunas and enjoyed both immensely. The home is comfortable and warm, and I highly recommend staying here. I wish my own home were this beautiful.

the apartment is located on 12th floor of a 20 storey building. We arrived early (12) and met the host who was so kind to accommodate our early check-in request. The host is very responsive and helpful. The apartment boasts great view over the river and canal is located next door to Ahaa, Tartu's great kids' education and entertainment center (we din't plan for that and it was a great bonus). Lovely spacious apartment with all the facilities that are needed for a family holiday. Not too far from the town centre which was a bonus. Excellent communication with the host who also offered mid stay cleaning.

The location is unbeatable, close to Raekoja plats, on the main walking street in the Old town, within crawling distance from restaurants, bars, shops, Emajögi river, and other entertainment. Nice reception area (from the old London hotel days). Good breakfast, with anything imaginable (apart from fresh fruit). Free parking is super nice since it is usually hard to find in the middle of the city.
