They assured us that we were not going to be charged. So we booked the Holiday Inn (which was great). Now the Strata is claiming that we stayed at their hotel and is refusing to give us our money back! On top of dealing with a dying relative, now I have to fight to get my money back. AVOID THIS HOTEL !

In a 4 star hotel of holiday inn group, it is unpleasant not to find a bottle of water or a piece of snak in the room upon arrival after long rides. Un to look for a pair of cheap slipper, tooth paste and brush in the room when you pay about 200$ for one night stay while all those stuff will not take a few couple of bucks for the hotel but could make guest to feel at home.A.
