It has a quite convenient location next to Spree river and only few minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities and amenities were comfortable. Room was clean, bright and quiet. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a good and affordable hotel to consider Holiday Inn Express. It's absolutely worth every penny.

For Berlin, it is well located being a short walk from the underground, a 15-minute walk to Alexanderplatz shopping centre and train station, and a variety of restaurants. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the best places to visit. The rooms are well soundproofed, and we did not notice the construction site noise on the building opposite. The food at the hotel was fairly standard for a Holiday Inn Express.AndrewYoung couple

You can easily reach to touristic attractions either by walking or by public transport. There are supermarkets just across the way, where you can buy all kind of foods and enjoy it at the breakfast hall/terrace of the hotel. The breakfast was perfect.

It's right across the U2 Klosterstrasse station, which means it is not just accessible, but it also puts the entire city of Berlin a literal train ride away. The staff is very helpful with the little things like ice and towels, but are also very thorough with keeping your room clean when you're away.turianbrandyYoung couple
