A good choice of breakfast options, spotlessly clean rooms and lovely, friendly staff. The hotel is centrally located and close to several sights and an S Bahn station and supermarket. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn.

Holiday Inn's high level as usual. Friendly and pleasant staff, good breakfast, air conditioning, kettle, and coffee/tea in the room. Accessible from the local train line (600 meters) and metro (underground) line. Alexander Platz can be achieved without any transport.

Holiday Inn keeps mostly up to level of quality we expected from this chain hotel. Rooms were clean, the breakfast was nothing special but about what we expected, the staff was nice. We really liked the option that a tree gets planted if you can do without cleaning service for a day. Also, the metro was near. I liked the comfortable chair and little table for working and studying.

I liked everything about this hotel. In fact, I'm an avid Holiday Inn traveller with my family and do love me a great hotel with great US-inspired hospitality and quality. The location and room was superb and the staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

All was perfect. This is not our Holiday Inn Express. Early we are we’re in Brussels and this also good.

The staff at the Holiday Inn are exceptional, super friendly, amazingly helpful. Nothing was too much or too hard for them. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and the facilities (gym, bar) are great. We didn't have the breakfast included so can't comment on that. There is everything that you need close by and the tram is right at your door step. Again the staff made the stay superb!

Holiday Inn hotels always guarantee the best value for price. The location was perfect. You can easily reach to touristic attractions either by walking or by public transport. There are supermarkets just across the way, where you can buy all kind of foods and enjoy it at the breakfast hall/terrace of the hotel. The breakfast was perfect.
