Indeed, we truly enjoyed the hotel's ambiance and the exceptional behaviour of the staff. We were celebrating our son's first birthday on July 2nd, 2023. There was a lady staff on the dining during breakfast who, somehow, noticed the way our son was dressed and realized it was his special day. She went out of her way to surprise us by leaving a few adorable small gifts in our room. When we returned to our room and discovered the thoughtful gesture, we were overwhelmed with joy and surprise. We've kept some of those delightful items as cherished souvenirs. We would like to express our utmost appreciation for her warm and considerate demeanour. We also appreciate the fact that the hotel provides luggage storage options for guests who may need it after checking out.

The room was large and spacious for a city centre hotel. It had extras such as an iron, ironing board, safe, desk and phone and even a fridge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a good shower/bath combination. Cooked English Breakfast was good.

The worst thing is switching off your aircon on a sweltering day. Providing a small oscillating fan in a room with no opening windows is disgusting. Ironically your other site the holiday inn express in Bicester their aircon didn’t work either. Stop saving money and ensure your customers rooms are bearable.

Each and every single team member my son and I interacted was so accomodating, understanding and welcoming. I can not fully put it into words but this meant so much to me, especially being the mother of an autistic child. My son absolutely loved every minute of his stay and the team played vital a role in this.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel was perfect and the room. was very clean and comfortable. An iron and ironing board was provided which I haven’t found in many hotels.
