Cot was sorted on arrival, they allowed us to dine in the restaurant with external food in the evening, and the breakfast staff were really friendly with my KidsAsifFamily with young children

The ladies who were on duty at breakfast were so accommodating, helpful and obliging. They are a credit to Holiday Inn Express (I hope this feedback is communicated to them).

Breakfast is basic but good enough and has gluten free options for the bread. Staff was very friendly and able to accommodate our late arrival without issues. Free parking is a plus too.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, even housekeeping in the hallways gave a cheery good morning as we passed. Breakfast was standard offerings for Holiday Inn Express, and again staff were so attentive. Overall the room was as expected for this chain, clean, adequate, and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights for work, and would stay again if in the area.
