At the reception there was a container for clean pens and “dirty” pens so you don’t have to touch pens that other people touched. The room was amazingly clean! Not a speck of dust. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’ve been in numerous hotels, but I was shocked at how great our experience was at the Holiday Inn Express, Bakersfield.
