I’m always very concerned about cleanliness (with any hotel) when I book. This place did not disappoint. It was very clean. Also the staff was exceptional, especially Lily in the front office. Hotel is close to great restaurants and the Strand. Very nice pool with service from the bar. I did not get my IHG points because I did not book thru them. I will try to remember that next time. Once we checked out and the bill was paid in full through Booking.com Holiday Inn Resort charged my card again for 108.00 not sure why.
