The free shuttles to and from the airport were great and we didn't have to wait for very long. The hotel also accepted a couple of Amazon packages for us free of charge, including a stroller in quite a large box. Darlene from the reception team was exceptionally helpful when we checked in, and Joe from the concierge team went above and beyond to help us with luggage storage. Was pleasantly surprised just how comfortable this hotel was. The shuttle service to the airport is good, the dining on site offers up a great meal and the hotel is all you could ask for in this value range. Was very pleased I chose the Holiday Inn Los Angeles (not to be confused with the HI Express down the road) for my stopover at LAX.
