Staff were fabulous, couldn’t do enough for you. The location is great, a metro line (tram) right outside the hotel to take you to the centre or airport. The room was very big, clean, comfy and quiet. Breakfast was yummy. Pool/gym on site and even a laundry room. Free parking. Just great, will come back again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was a fabulous place to stay, absolutely spotless, staff were absolutely fab, breakfast was brilliant and it was very reasonable too. free parking too. all in all a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

For my daughter’s sweet 16 she wanted to take a few friends shopping at Santana Row. We picked Holiday inn for our stay mostly because it has an indoor pool and for a Dec BD it provided an additional activity. Marco at the front desk was fabulous. Our room seemed small for the number of people and he changed it immediately. They hid some balloons for me so I can decorate the room. We had a great stay. Thank you!
