Breakfast was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn, absolutely fine, The room was comfortable but we could have done with some drawer space. We had dinner one night, 3 adults and a child and it was what we expected and we were all happy with our meals. The swimming pool was a big hit, especially with our 3 year old grandson. It was lovely and warm, which was a bonus. The staff were very helful and accommodating at check in as we had made a mistake in our booking with one of the rooms.
Staff were courteous and helpful .They were great with the children.Hotel in an ideal place for everything. We were there for winter wonderland and Bewilderwood and a trip into Norwich for shopping squeezed in .Breakfast was excellent at Holiday inn as was dinner as well couldn't recommend it enough
Breakfast wonderful, easy found the holiday Inn!
The room was a good size, bed also. And it was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with vegan alternatives too which was great, including yoghurts. All food items on the counter are labelled which other IHG hotels don't do. Parking was good too. The pool was good and we enjoyed the steam room although it's small. Staff are friendly and want to make your stay a good one.
Friendliness of the staff. The layout of this particular hotel. Much nicer than other holiday Inn we have stayed at
the thing that makes this hotel is the staff. an absolutely credit to holiday inn.
Sherree on reception was brilliant. Very kind and very helpful. Shakira on the bar was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly. Sauna and steam room we're great. Stopped at Holiday Inn Doncaster recently. Norwich was better. Great breakfast too
Holiday Inn’s are always clean, have good rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, pool a must with grandchildren. Good breakfast.
Had booked with IHG before so some familiarity - check in at 2pm etc. Had asked for a quiet room which we were allocated
Bright, modern, refreshed Holiday Inn Express, rather out on a limb in north Norwich. Hard-working staff, great rooms. Nonsense requirement to book a time for breakfast - no other Covid precautions (such as staff wearing masks) were in force so why this? Apparently to prevent over-crowding due to a full hotel - in the end, people turned up when they wanted and there was no crowding.
