Planta Alta was perfect. Clean, comfortable, modern design in a gorgeous old building. Nice touches like hotel quality sheets, soaps, and tea made it feel like a luxury hospitality experience. Mariana was wonderful to communicate and make sure I had everything I needed. Cute cafes within walking distance and easy access to transportation. I would stay here again in an instant!

We stayed in both Casa Reina hostels during our trip to Buenos Aires and did not regret it. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, kitchen with all one needs for preparing simple meals and clean bathrooms. Most importantly though, the owners are extremely friendly and helpful people. To give a few examples, they allowed us to store some bags of clothes in the hostel storage for three weeks when travelling around the country, and were very flexible with paying in cash. Highly recommended! Thank you a lot for the great time!

Also, the rest of the staff was very helpful. Great location in Palermo. Definitely, I'd recommend this hotel for a great stay in Buenos Aires

The atmosphere is like staying in a private home, which in fact it theoretically is, though its owner, the famous film director Francis F. Coppola, rarely spends some time there. The staff is superb, they spare no efforts to make your stay comfortable. The location is superb for anyone who does not want to stay in the city centre. Palermo is a very nice residential area full of restaurants, bars and nice shops.DirkYoung couple
