Usually I’m lazy to give reviews but this one is definitely worth one. The location is good and convenient to get to resort while the decoration in the house is also decent. The hosts are also nice and friendly. And their cats are very cute:) Everything is good.

Location was perfect for everybody: 10 min walk to the city center, 5 min walk to the bus station, really nice and quiet area. The apart was big, clean and had a very well equipped kitchen, warm rooms, comfy beds.

Amazing place for a ski holiday in Ötztal! - Clear and open communication with hosts by chat. - Great location : 5 min walk from the bus stop of the Express ski bus 44 (not all bus stops in ötztal are so lucky to have 44). It takes 15-20 minutes by bus from the house to Sölden ski lifts. - Supermarket in the village; nice restaurant called Mahlzeit is in 5 min walk proximity. - This particular room is very warm as it is located one floor above the heating room. I love to sleep at +23-24°C and it was exactly the temperature in the room. - Simple but clean and practical facilities and furniture in the room. Clean linien. No issues with hot water. - Storage place for skies and ski shoes in the basement.

We had awesome breakfasts, the host family is really very nice and kind, Martina is ready to help anytime, give recommendations and good tips. The neighborhood is really nice, you can see mountains literally everywhere. Skiinig in Soelden is amazing (143 km downhills) and the skibus-stop is only 2-3 mins by walk (in ski boots). The accommodation is equipped with a ski room, where heating is available for drying ski boots. I will definitely go back there if I have the chance.

Ferdinand is a great host that really looks after his guests. Ski bus to Sölden right at the door (50 meters from the building). We can really warmly recommend anyone to stay here!

The apartment is located in a suitable location, quiet and close to the main road. We had a great view from the window, a great host. We were in a constant connection with Simone the host, and she was friendly and helpful. There was a bakery in a walk distance. Langenfeld is very close to Aqua Dome, and to the way to Stuibenfall. We had a lovely weather as well. And above all - the view, the panorama - it is all so fantastic!!!
