BAOBAB LODGE, a property with a garden, is situated in Douala, 12 km from Douala Museum, 13 km from Bonanjo Park, as well as 13 km from Akwa Stadium. The guest house is 13 km from Port of Douala. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service.

The Baobab Lodge is the lap of luxury - it does not pretend to be anything - it just is ... everything I expected it to be. And more. It is the perfect synthesis of sophistication and simplicity, a marvellous blend of friendliness and professionalism. In a country characterised by architectural anarchy and town planning chaos, the Lodge is built to international standards - very spacious, with excellent fittings and tastefully furnished. The hosts upgraded me to the VIP room for no reason at all - I was extremely touched and I can say it was positively palatial. I enjoyed three quiet days lounging and luxuriating, on bedding that is stuffed with Hungarian goose down ... I will never go anywhere else.
