As a solo female traveler, I was very happy to feel safe and welcomed at this property. The cabin was well stocked with supplies for cooking. The AC worked beautifully. The host exceeded my expectations, by helping me in every way that he could. When I had a problem with my ATM card, he helped me to get cash. When I needed transportation, he arranged it. The property is within walking distance to the beach. There are several returning customers and people rent for long periods of time. There is a small grocery store within walking distance. The owner throws a weekly dinner, where he grills delicious meats, and everyone else contributes to the meal. Of course, this helps to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that prefers comfort over luxury.

I have been coming to Nosara for years staying at private homes, so this we a nice hotel experience. Rooms are decent but a little tight. Couple things they could improve - shower would not completely drain, they have a Costa Rica typical wood slat window in the bathroom which leaks AC... not a great design.. Overall a cool boutique hotel with a nice staff.. I would stay there again!SeanFamily with young children
