He explained it was a general description about all the rooms, brought us the items that were missing and agreed to move us to a better room the next day. Laura is a very lovely person. We comunicated in Spanish and English. We spoke about everything and the connection was like we know each other for years. Laura also has a lovely dog who likes to be pet 🥰 the room was big, double bed very comfortable. The whole house was clean as Laura cleans it everyday . I really recommend to visit her.
