They answered messages promptly. Harry was very welcoming. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure was great. It's conveniently located 10 minutes walk from an underground station and about 15 minutes from another station. There where also plenty of bus routes. The location also has a grocery store and plenty of restaurants near it. I definitely would stay again on my future trips to London.
